The Magic of AudioBooks

I am a self confessed Kindle/Amazon.com junkie. It's been about an hour since my last shopping spree and I'm powerless to the deals and bargains online.

Today's binge was a little different than usual. I have discovered Audiobooks. Not just Audiobook formats that I can download but a separate Amazon.com run website called Audible.com.

Easier than you think

If you have an existing Amazon.com account, registering on Audible.com is as easy as logging onto Amazon and linking your account as prompted. 
Today I downloaded a 6 minute Audiobook for a Dollar (American) just to test out the process and it is as easy and convenient as downloading all my favourite Kindle books. 

There are apps for all devices including PC so listening to your download doesn't have to be on an iPhone related device.  Search your favourite genre and be sure to download the Audible app for your phone. If your eyes are tired, you can use your ears. My only qualm is that I can't find a way to search by price, the cost of an Audiobook is about the same as a standard book but it seems the bargains aren't as many as in Amazon's Kindle ebook selection.
